Processing Time

All pet portraits are handmade to order. Production takes 40 business days after we confirm your pet photos. We will share finished photos for your approval before shipping.

Standard Worldwide Shipping

We ship from China to the United States, the United Kingdom and all European countries.
Flat shipping fee: $15. Full tracking number is provided for every order.
Estimated delivery time: 10–25 business days after dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

Import taxes, customs duties and clearance fees shall be borne by the recipient. We are not responsible for any charges imposed by local customs authorities.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once the logistics system confirms the package has been delivered, we cannot take responsibility for missing, stolen or damaged items. Please provide a secure delivery address when placing your order.
