1.Return & Refund Policy

All our pet portraits are fully handmade custom items, created exclusively according to your pet photos and requirements. These personalized goods cannot be resold, so we have strict cancellation and return rules as below.

2.Order Cancellation

Requests to cancel an order within 24 hours after purchase can be accepted fully.
Once production of your custom felting portrait has started, cancellations are no longer available. If you apply for cancellation before shipment but after production begins, a 50% material processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

3.Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges or full refunds for all finished handmade custom works after delivery.
We will carefully confirm all details with you during the production process. If there are obvious production errors on our part, we will provide a reasonable remake solution instead of a full refund.

4.Shipping Issues

Once the package is marked as delivered by the logistics company, we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. We recommend providing a secure shipping address when placing orders.
