All content on FigPet website is for general information purposes only. We are a handmade custom pet portrait studio, all products are made to order strictly based on customers’ pet photos.

We reserve the right to modify our production schedule, shipping policy, order cancellation rules at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any indirect loss caused by logistics delay, customs clearance issues, lost parcels after successful delivery confirmation.

All personalized custom works cannot be resold, hence returns and full refunds are unavailable after production starts. Remake service is only provided for obvious production mistakes made by our studio.

Any disputes shall be settled through friendly negotiation via email support@figpet.com.
