Kind reminder:We will prepare your order in accordance with your requirements after purchase. A confirmation email will be sent to you before production commences.
Kindly reply within 24 hours; the order will automatically enter production if we receive no response. You are free to cancel your order anytime within this confirmation period.
All custom handmade felting works cannot be returned once production starts. Cancellations requested after production starts will incur a processing fee equivalent to 50% of the total order value. We highly appreciate your understanding.
